Trouble Resolution
Parts INCLUDED All parts including boards, fans, electronic components, modules and power supplies are included. Cosmetic parts, electrical circuitry to and from UPS, and external UPS accessories are not included. Replacement parts provided may include New, Refurbished or Used parts.
Shipping Service for Parts INCLUDED - Any part needed for restoration of the system will be shipped same day from nearest distributor at standard ground speed.
Assigned Tech INCLUDED - A direct cell number to a GLU tech will provided. Service requests may be initiated with that Tech or with our regular office service department.
